Can you add AI to Zoho CRM?
Yes. Some Zoho CRM editions include Zia, Zoho’s own AI. We can also add AI agents built with OpenAI, Claude or Gemini through Zoho Flow, n8n or Deluge, for jobs like drafting replies, summarising calls and filling in records.
Which Zoho apps do you work with?
Mostly Zoho CRM, Campaigns, Marketing Automation, Flow, Forms, Analytics, Books and Desk. If you’re on Zoho One, we can roll out the apps you need in a sensible order.
Can you connect Zoho to WhatsApp?
Yes. Zoho CRM has a built-in WhatsApp integration, and for chatbots, AI replies and custom routing we connect the WhatsApp Business API through n8n or a provider.
Can you work on a Zoho setup someone else built?
Yes. A lot of Zoho work is fixing or extending a CRM that someone else set up. We start with an audit and tell you what to keep, what to clean up and what to rebuild.
How do you price Zoho projects?
We quote a fixed price for an agreed scope after a discovery call. Your Zoho subscription is billed separately, and we’ll help you pick the plan that fits.
