Privacy Policy
Last updated 5 October 2026
This policy explains what personal information Sapling Creations collects through this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers this website only. SlideBazaar, SlideKit and SlideChef have their own privacy policies.
Who we are
Sapling Creations is based at Unit 2C, 2nd Floor, Sahya Building, Govt Cyberpark, KSITIL Special Economic Zone, Nellikode PO, Kozhikode, Kerala 673016, India.
For anything about this policy or your data, email us at [email protected].
What we collect
- When you fill in a contact form: your name, work email, company, phone or WhatsApp number (optional), the service you’re interested in and your message.
- When you email us: whatever you choose to include.
- When you visit the site: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include your IP address, browser type and the pages you requested. These are used to keep the site secure and running.
We don’t use analytics or advertising trackers. The only cookie on this site is the one that remembers your cookie choice. The cookie policy has the details.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and talk through what you need.
- To prepare a proposal, and to run the project if you become a client.
- To keep the site secure and stop misuse.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We don’t sell your information, and we won’t add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
If you’re in the EU or UK, our legal bases are your consent when you send us a form, our legitimate interest in running a secure website, and the performance of a contract if you become a client.
Who we share it with
- Hostinger, which hosts this website and keeps its server logs.
- Our email provider, which stores the messages we receive.
- GrantCookie, which runs our cookie consent banner. The banner loads from GrantCookie’s servers, so your browser sends your IP address to them, and your choice is stored in a cookie.
- Google Fonts. Our pages load fonts from Google, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when it downloads them. Google’s own privacy policy covers how it handles that.
- Advisers or authorities, only where the law requires it.
Some of these providers may store data on servers outside India. Where they do, we rely on the safeguards in their contracts.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we’re in conversation with you, and for up to two years afterwards in case you come back to us, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
If you become a client, we keep project and billing records for as long as our contract and Indian tax law require. Server logs are kept for the period set by our hosting provider.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, and withdraw any consent you’ve given.
If you’re in the EU or UK, you can also ask us to restrict or stop processing your data, ask for a copy in a portable format, and complain to your local data protection authority.
To use any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We’ll reply within 30 days.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS, and only the people who need to answer an enquiry can see it. No system is completely secure, so please don’t send passwords or payment details through the contact form.
Children
This site is meant for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Grievance officer
If you have a concern or complaint about how we’ve handled your personal data, write to our Grievance Officer at [email protected] or at Unit 2C, 2nd Floor, Sahya Building, Govt Cyberpark, KSITIL Special Economic Zone, Nellikode PO, Kozhikode, Kerala 673016, India. We’ll acknowledge it promptly and aim to resolve it within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we’ll say so here.
