n8n is a good fit when you have a lot of runs, need custom logic or want your data on your own server. It also handles AI agents well. For a handful of simple automations, Zapier or Zoho Flow can be easier to live with, and we’ll say so.

Should we self-host n8n or use n8n Cloud?
n8n Cloud is quicker to start with, and n8n looks after the hosting. Self-hosting gives you more control over your data and lower costs at high volume, but someone has to handle updates and backups. We set up either, and can manage a self-hosted instance for you.
Can n8n connect to Zoho CRM and WhatsApp?
Yes. n8n connects to Zoho CRM and to the WhatsApp Business API. Our own WhatsApp enquiry agent runs this way.
Is n8n better than Zapier?
For high volumes, custom logic and AI agents, n8n is usually the better fit. Zapier is easier for a few simple automations. We’ll recommend whichever suits your workload.
Can you fix n8n workflows someone else built?
Yes. We start with an audit, then fix what’s fragile, add error handling and document what’s there.
Who owns the workflows?
You do. Everything is built in your own n8n account or server, and you get the documentation to change it without us.
